The Filigree Theatre’s COVID-19 Policies and Procedures (12/15/2023)
Should the Federal, State, local or health authorities issue further changes to policy in response to an increase in COVID-19 infection rates, Filigree reserves the right to comply with such changes and recommendations, including, but not limited to, the reinstatement of mandatory mask wearing and/or vaccination requirements.

Mitigation Measures:
- For rehearsals that take place indoors, Filigree will provide additional portable air filters in rehearsal room (in addition to rehearsal venue’s air filtration system).
- While masks will not be required, Actors/ Stage Manager /Designers attending rehearsal are all permitted/welcome to wear masks during rehearsal per their comfort level, especially if they are individual who are at higher risk.
- Actors will be provided with rapid tests prior to any intimacy choreography (kissing, etc) blocking or running of scenes that involve intimacy choreography.
- Intimacy choreography will be set/adjusted to prioritize the maximum Covid-safety comfort level of actors.
- high-frequency touch surfaces will be routinely wiped down/sanitized.
Exposure/Potential Exposure Protocols:
- If feeling unwell, performer/designer/crew should inform Producer and Stage Manager They will be excused from rehearsal to stay home and get tested.
- If performers/designers/crew knows or believes they have likely been exposed to COVID-19, they are to inform the Producer immediately so Producer can take necessary precautions.
- When test result is known, performer/designer/crew is to share that result with the Producer as well. In the Case of A Positive Test Result:
- After a positive test, Producer will notify cast, crew, audience members, staff, and others who may have been exposed during a rehearsal or performance and request that they get tested and Follow CDC Guidelines for quarantining.
- In the case of a production with Equity Guest Artist Agreement, Producer will likewise inform AEA using the designated template.
- For the safety of the performers, mask are optional but strongly recommended for audience members while attending a Filigree performance in an indoor venue, regardless of vaccination status.
- Disposable masks will be available at the Filigree box office at check-in and during intermission.
- Hand sanitizer stations will likewise be available throughout the venue.
- Portable air filters will be placed throughout the performance venue (in addition to the venue’s air filtration system).
- If ticket-holders feel sick or are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms, Filigree asks that ticket-holders prioritize their health and the health of others by staying home. Filigree will make best effort to reschedule or refund tickets for those ticket-holders who, due to illness, are unable to attend the performances for which they purchased ticket/s.
- If buying tickets at the door, Filigree will request that audience members leave their names and email in the guest log so Filigree can reach out for contact tracing purposes/notification in the event of an exposure or potential exposure.
